– Data capable of revealing the state of health and sex life, treated for assisted breeding purposes, provision of telematics health services relating to data banks or the provision of goods, epidemiological investigations, detection of mental illnesses, Infectious and diffusive, seropositivity, organ and tissue transplantation and monitoring of health expenditure;

– Data suitable to reveal the sexual life or the psychic sphere, treated by associations, bodies and non-profit organizations, even unrecognised, politically, philosophically, religiously or union-oriented;
